In Rutherford County, our mission is to educate our students in an environment that is responsive to their individual needs, in order to prepare them to be productive and participating citizens. This goal is accomplished through attracting, retaining and rewarding quality professional staff. We support our staff members in their continued professional growth and recertification. We have a strong mentoring program, as well as a teacher support specialist to assist beginning teachers with the daily school functions.
