TheRutherford County School Social Work program facilitates andcollaborates with services that promote and enhance the educationalprocess and overall academic mission in Rutherford County. Providingservices that strengthen the home and school partnership with schooland community resources in order too alleviate student's barriers tolearning, identify gaps in the service system, create preventativeinterventions to decrease the rate of drop outs and increase dailyschool attendance while promoting wellness and student success.
