The Rutherford County School Social Work program facilitates and collaborates with services that promote and enhance the educational process and overall academic mission in Rutherford County. Providing services that strengthen the home and school partnership with school and community resources in order too alleviate student's barriers to learning, identify gaps in the service system, create preventative interventions to decrease the rate of drop outs and increase daily school attendance while promoting wellness and student success.
