School Nutrition Program

"A Recipe for Excellence"


School Nutrition's kitchens serve an average of 3900 students at breakfast and 6300 students at lunch daily; totaling nearly 1.7 million meals annually.
The School Nutrition Department has 91 employees, each committed to the single task of feeding the students.
Each employee is also committed to the highest standards in food quality, sanitation and customer service


The School Nutrition Department collectively manages the operation of the following:

The USDA Free and Reduced meal program.
The USDA Commodity Food Program.
The Procurement Program for food, supplies and equipment.
The Point of Sale Technology Program



All School Nutrition managers are trained in SERVSAFE, a nationally recognized food safety training course.
