SAT Rescheduling Information

SAT Rescheduled For February 16

If your 7th grade student was registered to take the SAT at Crest or Shelby High on Saturday, January 26 you are well aware that the testing session was cancelled due to inclement weather.

The SAT for January 26th has been rescheduled for Saturday, February 16. Students should report to the original registered location and take the following items:

  1. SAT admission ticket, REQUIRED for admittance to test. This includes your test center assignment and what time to arrive sent to you from the College Board. (This will, of course have the January 26th date, but will suffice as admission on February 16 meaning you will not need to get a new ticket.) If you do not have your admission ticket, contact the College Board at 866-­‐ 756-­‐7346.

  2. Your talent search/SAT ID form sent to you from Duke TIP, REQUIRED for admittance to test. If you have misplaced this form, please visit the following link ( to print a new one.

  3. Two sharpened number 2 pencils.

  4. An approved calculator.

  5. A snack and drink for breaks to be stored out of sight in your backpack or paper bag.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date of February 16, you must contact the College Board directly to register for another time and location. You will NOT be charged the usual fee of $26.

Currently, the SAT is being offered at East Rutherford High School on March 9.

Again, if you wish to take the SAT on March 9 you MUST contact the College Board Directly at 866-­‐756-­‐7346 to request a test date change and to see if there is still space available.
