The purpose of this special meeting is to hold a closed session pursuant to Section 143-318.11(a)(1) and (a)(3) of theGeneral Statutes of North Carolina to prevent the disclosure of privileged or confidential personnel information pursuant to G.S. § 115C-319 through -321 and to discuss matters protected by the attorney-client privilege. Immediately following the closed session, the Board intends to return to open session and to immediately adjourn. No Board action is anticipated.
