WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of school closings or delays due to wintry or severe weather, notification will be made directly to staff and student homes via the district’s phone notification system using telephone numbers on record.
An announcement will also be posted at the top of the RCS Home Page.
Additionally, school closings or delays will be reported to the following area radio and TV stations.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL SCHOOL OFFICIALS OR RADIO STATIONS
TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON CLOSINGS OR DELAYS.
It is very important to have your current telephone number on record at all times at your school.

Note: If there is a 1-hour or 2-hour delay, buses will not run on icy roads.
An announcement will also be posted at the top of the RCS Home Page.
