Students in the Chase High Media Center used Rubik's Cubes to create a mosaic of the school mascot. Chase High Media Specialist, Lisa Randlett, said the activity in the "Maker Space" promotes 21st century skills like problem solving and critical thinking.

Kelly Martin, fourth grade teacher at Harris Elementary School, was selected as the 2019-2020 Rutherford County Schools Teacher of the Year.
