Filling out a technology work order in One to One Plus

1. Go to https://www.1to1plus.com/login.
2. Login with your Active Directory (MacBook/Windows - UN: lastnamefirstname) login.
3. On the left you will see Public Submission, click that.
4. Fill out the work order as described in this image:
