As the official keeper of all school brands, Rutherford County Schools exercises full and final authority in all uses. The brand should be reflected in signage, advertising, direct mail, event promotion, merchandising, and other activities and communications on behalf of the school system. Any use of the brand by an individual or business, including but not limited to for-profit use of the brand on behalf of an individual or business, without the prior written permission of Rutherford County Schools or the individual school is strictly prohibited.
